Deposits
Confirm only after the money has arrived in your wallet or Binance account. Confirming credits the client immediately.
Withdrawals
The amount was already taken from the client's account. Send the payout yourself, then mark it as sent. Rejecting refunds the client.
Verifications
Identity documents uploaded by clients. Files open in a private link that expires after 10 minutes.
Messages
Messages from the Support hub. Reply by email, then mark as resolved.
Referral rewards
Clients claim a reward when their qualifying friends reach a step of the ladder. Approve it once you have delivered the reward (cash rewards are paid into their Funding wallet automatically when you approve). Edit the ladder in Settings.

Click a client to see and manage their accounts, trades and statement.
Trades
Every client's positions. Profit shown is the client's; your result is the opposite.
Transactions
Every balance change on every account, newest first. This record can't be edited; corrections are added as new lines.
Audit log
Every action taken in this panel, with the values before and after. Permanent: nobody can edit or delete it.

Changes apply to the live site straight away and are recorded in the audit log.

Referral reward ladder
Rewards for the number of qualifying friends a client has referred. A friend qualifies once their confirmed deposits reach the amount below. Cash rewards are paid into the client's Funding wallet when you approve the claim; other rewards you deliver yourself.
